Mission, Texas welcomes you!  Come and join us. In Lemon Tree Estates Subdivision, we own our lots and our park is governed  by an elected board of directors. 

Lemon Tree Estates is a 55+ Home Owners Association and is governed by Covenants and By-laws. Please read the Covenants & By-laws by clicking the LTE Documents tab above.

Lemon Tree Estates is a friendly adult 55+ community in South Texas just 5 miles north of the Rio Grande.  We offer an air-conditioned rec hall with many activities, billiards, swimming pool with hot tub, shuffleboard and is close to several golf courses.  We have 172 sites with RV’s, park models and mobile homes.

In Lemon Tree Estates, owners own the land as well as the unit that is on it. Lemon Tree Estates is owned and run by the Lot owners. Lot owners elect a Board of 11 members to operate and maintain the park. Members of the Board are elected yearly to a 2 year term.
